When I signed up for a car rental, I was led to Appleton even though I wanted to rent at Greenbay airport. Fortunately, I ended up flying into Appleton because of cancelation of Detroit to Greenbay flight. Unfortunately, ALamo wouldn't let me drop the car off at GreenBay for my return flight. for some ridiculous reason, I had to drive the car 25 miles south to Appleton and turn around and drive back to GreenBay with the same car. Otherwise the cost of my car would have gone up by 300%. this is the kind of coporate lack of common sense that makes it very inconvenient for customers. I didn't appreciate having to add 50 miles and one hour to my drive to the airport.Budget

Very nice staff. When I landed it was fast and perfect. I was nervous using a keyless fob on the edge I rented but the fellow at the desk... it was his third week and he was a delight! Said don’t worry! I can walk out and give you a quick lesson if you feel uncomfortable. No need for extra help and his instructions were clear and helpful.
