Pros (+) The staff was excellent, Michael at front desk was a bit help with checking in and having answers to our questions and Rachelle was very nice when it came to breakfast. I have three kids and they get a bit rowdy at times but she was very patient and helpful.
Cons (-) I went through hotels and the room was suppose to be $110 after taxes but when we got there it was almost $140 and nobody could explain to me why. They blamed it on taxes but the confirmation I seen said taxes where already added. I also didnt care for the pool, they use the new "healthy" salt and it tasted like the ocean.
