Pros (+) Rooms have kitchen and a small dinning table so if you want to save money you can cook.
Cons (-) Layout is not good. You have to walk a lot, use elevator (old, small and slow) and go by stairs to get to the gym, pool, rooms or lobby. The gym is really small and the equipment is old. The pool is only for kids.
