Cons (-) Hotel was in a separate town. $8 cab ride from center of Zacatecas. I asked for refund when I arrived and discovered the situation. I was told only the booking agency could give a refund. The booking agency told me it was up to the hotel . I did not use my 4 night reservation and am disputing the charge with my credit card company.
