You can add some pampering or alcoholic beverages to your experience by upgrading to one of the Spa Afternoon Tea, the Sparkling Afternoon Tea or the Hendrick’s Tipsy G & Tea packages. Finally, the Children’s Afternoon Tea experience offers the little ones a dedicated menu ensuring they receive the treats they love.

If you’re looking for something different to do while on holiday, look into signing up to one of the cooking classes on offer at the Cookery School of The Grand Hotel & Spa. There is a large range of classes on offer from Bread Making to Roast & Yorkshire, but you can also choose between a Curry Night and the Perfect Pasta classes, to name a few. Classes start from £55 (about $70) and can last from 2h to a full day, depending on the class.

Aside from being able to organize your wedding at The Grand Hotel & Spa, the hotel offers some pre-wedding and post-wedding celebration experiences that you can book to make the adventure extra special. If you arrive early on the day of your check in to The Grand Hotel & Spa, you will not be able access your room before 3:00 pm, however you can store your bags with the Concierge Team and enjoy some of the hotel’s amenities while waiting. You are welcome to request checking out later than 11:00 am on your last day, however this service is not free and you will be charged about £30 (about $40) for every extra hour that you stay.(Prices checked 14/05/19).
