Pros (+) Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful
Cons (-) My last night there I couldn't leave the property because my room key no longer worked and apparently they don't have 24hr maintenance to handle such issues , which is absurd. The woman working the front desk tried repeatedly to help remedy the situation but without luck or any support from her employer
