Cons (-) The housekeeper apparently “threw out my pair of shoes that I bought the previous day”, and the hotel Was unbothered by my issue. Gave me number to call back home which was nothing but phone tag. I will not be returning to this hotel or any other Hyatt.
Pros (+) Location and price were good. Hotel was very clean and staff was helpful.
Pros (+) Average stay, breakfast in the morning most things were empty , needed refilled. No water, again , no one was refilling the little bit of food for the amount of guests staying . Seemed under staffed

Pros (+) The hotel was very clean, nice and in a great location. The staff was exceptional. The breakfast each day was great and there is a bar and food available. There is a fitness center and available laundry facilities. I would highly recommend the Hyatt.

Pros (+) The breakfast is awesome. Gym was clean with good equipment, easy access to get to the hotel, just expect a parking fee, whuch all downtown has one. The bed was comfortable and the staff are very accommodating. Ervin checked me in and made my long day a great evening smile at the end. Check in and out was fast. Will Be back, THANK U HYATT!
