Pros (+) Great location to walk to Capitol One Arena and restaurants. Very comfortable and friendly, helpful staff. For everything you get you would expect to pay so much more. This was our 3rd time staying here and never been disappointed. Will return again.

My room wasn't ready yet, and they explained about a dozen people were ahead of me, but they did offer to take care of all of the paperwork up front so all I'd need to do was pick up my key when they called me. The waiting/lobby area was really nice. There was a restaurant and a separate bar and plenty of seating. ...
Cons (-) The only thing I didn't like wasn't really the hotel's fault. The proximity to a Metro station was quite a hike. However, there were plenty of cabs should I have needed them.

Pros (+) Perfect location, few blocks away from the Capitol and Union Station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and convenient room. Good breakfast place close by. We enjoyed our stay here.
