Pros (+) Very pet friendly, not pet fee, no size restriction for dogs.
Cons (-) Enjoyed the stay, keeping up the good service.
Pros (+) The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms are very modern with a classy feel.
Cons (-) The only thing I didn’t like was the shower being 100% glass lol it would be awkward if two people needed to use the bathroom.

Pros (+) The staff are wonderful, the rooms are spacious, the bedding is extremely comfortable. The restaurant is amazing, far better than I had hoped, and you cannot beat the location: @ 1.5 blocks from Union Station. And they served wine in the lobby from 5 to 6 p.m., so we were able to come back from a busy day and relax with a glass and chat with other guests.
Cons (-) One member of our party was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included.

I signed up several days before the visit, and got an email that I was accepted, but the hotel had no record of this. I was able to login to the wifi with the email address I used with the kimpton rewards, but the hotel could not find it. It seems that they didn't want to acce...

Cons (-) Some issue with Bis at breakfast. Had to ask for many missing utensils, jam on table had been opened and used. Hard to get coffee refills. Lunch was excellent on all counts.
