Pros (+) We checked into our room late one evening with our young, tired children, and were dismayed that the A/C wasn’t working. We placed a call to the front desk, and within a few minutes someone was there to check it. When it still wouldn’t work, they put us in a new (nicer) room. What could have been so frustrating ended up being a minor inconvenience. Really appreciated it!
Pros (+) I really liked the room. It was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was small but the coffee and waffles were great. Exactly what I needed at a very reasonable rate.
Cons (-) Was missing a few towels but one call to the front desk and that was solved. The room was nonsmoking but smelt a little like stall cigarettes. Once there for a while the smell wasn't bad.
Pros (+) I liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Cons (-) The bathroom needs upgrading. My room did not get cleaned the first night of the stay. There was no one to bring extra towels to the room. The location is poor. I had expected to room at the updated Hampton Inn located near the mall. The room was not as it appeared in the online photos. Overall I was disappointed and would be careful not to stay there again.
