Pros (+) Very nice property and most of the staff were super-friendly and helpful. Easy to waste away a couple of days poolside while the kids swim.
Cons (-) Lost of confusion regarding my Kayak reservation. We paid extra for a room with a mountain view and were charged for it, but the hotel was never informed, so I had to sort that out and we had to move rooms. Also still disputing the resort charges that we paid once through Kayak and were charged for again by the hotel. Had an issue with housekeeping. Our little one had an accident on the bath mat b...

Pros (+) Beautiful property, especially the back with a pool that allows for star gazing at night and some short hiking trails. Room and bath were spacious and clean. The cleaning staff are extremely courteous in the morning.
Cons (-) Keep in mind that if you want to take a bath in the oversized tub that it takes 30-60 minutes to fill. The resort fee should just be included in the hotel price instead of as a separate fee (that applies to everyone) as these fees make it feel that they are nickling-and-diming, which should not be the impression a high end hotel wants to leave.
