Cons (-) I didnt like that, because i booked through a third party, in my opinion, i got put a room in the worst section of the hotel rifht by the ice machine. Bad form for them to judge based on how you book, we all pay with the same money and everyone likes to save a few dollars

Pros (+) Beautiful historic hotel in downtown Traverse City. Walked to shops and restaurants. Clean room and reasonable price.

Pros (+) Pool area is really cool and has good hours. Staff is helpful. Beds are fantastic. Not many kids running around. The beacon bar on top floor of the hotel is great and offers one of the best elevated views of the city.
Cons (-) There isn't much to "not like". The nightly rate is a little steep and I think that the restaurants prices are a bit high.

Cons (-) I was double charged by kayak and the hotel. Kayak was not helpful in getting this fixed. The hotel is finally refunding the 2nd charge after 4 calls to different staff members
