Pros (+) Quiet, comfortable even with sports teams staying. Staff was gracious and accommodating.
Cons (-) Breakfast was just so- so. Staff needs to not talk about each other negatively around customers.
Pros (+) The place was nice. Only complaint is the elevators and bathrooms in lobby could be a little cleaner. Otherwise great staff, great place to stay. Nice location and wonderful breakfast, clean rooms.

The TV didn't work when we got into our room and the maintenenace man said that is very normal; happens at least 15 times a day. Pros (+) Clean rooms, nice accommodations, continental breakfast was better than any other I have experienced, staff was wonderful, great hotel location compared to beach and what not.

Cons (-) It took forever to get our rooms ready. Early check in there is at 4p and we were placed in a different room other than our original around 530p. The AC was laughable. Water pressure was not unsurprising.
