Pros (+) Fantastic place to stay--wonderful location, helpful staff. Rooms are small but imminently functional: lots of small and nice touches. Included breakfast makes starting the day easy. Highly recommend.
Cons (-) Our room would have been too small for a family--make sure you have a sense of size or layout before booking.
Pros (+) Excellent location just beside the best transportation hub: shibuya station. staff are efficient and friendly. Breakfast have 4 choices (2 type of western, japanese and buffet). Plenty of good restaurant around. (Great yakiniku place just in front). Room have a good size. Decor and overall look is very nice. 2nd time in tokyo and both time I used this hotel.

Pros (+) Staff was excellent. Great location near shibuya station to go around. I am in Tokyo the for the drinking and the nightlife so it was perfect for that.
Cons (-) Nothing but room are tokyo small. Not for a family or people that travel with more than 1 luggage.
Cons (-) Breakfast is included, but consider it not included. The breakfast was a huge disappointment - your best bet is skipping the breakfast and finding somewhere else to eat.
