Pros (+) Everything : breakfast, bed, room, the air even was nice and pleasant smelling. Location was perfect for work.
Cons (-) The staff were a little too friendly - I felt like I had to return a 'good morning' every 10 steps.
Pros (+) The Palace Hotel is just that... a contemporary palace complete with impeccable finishes, art, and service. The staff could not do enough for us from carrying bags, to creating itineraries, to attending to our every need with prompt attention and happy disposition. Cons (-) I travelled with my 25 year old son and although he enjoyed experiencing the best of the best, the location is a bit removed from the more active and younger areas to the west such as Shibuya, Roppongie, Harijuko and Shinjuku! if you're hanging in the high rent district you can't beat it, although I must say Harijuko has great shopping along pedestrian friendly streets! Am must see.
