Pros (+) Locatiom was excellent with easy access to many metro atations - even direct metro line to Narita airpprt through shimbashi station's asakusa line.Ask concierge for directions and other attractions. They were super helpful

Pros (+) Breakfast is great. Friendly staff. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent stay!
Cons (-) Gym is small. 2 treadmill and 1 cross trainer only. No spa/pool. Other than that, no complains!!!

Pros (+) It was my first time in Tokyo and I loved the location and customer service at this hotel. The price for the room was amazing was great as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons (-) Immediately after we checked in to our room, my husband noticed an odor in the room and requested to change room. The staff was very responsive and put us in a different room right away. Unfortunately, the second room also had a very strong odor. It smelled like mildew. We just put up with the smell for the next 3 days :(
