From the moment I checked in the staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. They even changed my room to a garden view. Turn down service was nice. AC worked amazing. Room was quiet. Pros (+) The hotel property itself is nothing short of beautiful. The rooms have great views of the city and the expansive garden which is a oasis in the middle of the sprawling Tokyo metropolis. The staff is always prompt and friendly and ready to accommodate anything you may need.
