Pros: We stayed in the Emerald Suite - the room was great and the view was jaw dropping. The thing i loved most were the breakfasts that were on our balcony overlooking the volcano and the sea. The staff were great and very helpful and the location is ideal because its not in the center of the fira hustle and bustle. One issue were the 30 or so stairs that we had to climb up!

Pros: Very reminiscent of Mamma Mia. The style is exactly what you'd expect of Santorini. The staff are very nice and helpful. I only had a dinner and breakfast so I'll reserve my comments on the food because I may not have experienced all the hotel has to offer. The room was so nice. My only complaint is not with the hotel but with some obnoxious travelers that seemed to enjoy themselves a little too loudly.

Pros: Central location: It is close to the bus depo and town centre but very quiet (at least in our room during our stay). Convenience: There is a supermarket across the street from the hotel, it is really important to have bottled water in large quantity all the time in Santorini, because the tap water is not recommended for drinking. Size of the room: Our room is large enough even by North American standards. Breakfast room: It is large and bright by the swimming pool. You can also sit under the embrellas of the pool.

Pros: We are very satisfied with this accommodation. The hotel staff was really friendly, helpful and was available at all the time. Cleaning services was on daily basis with fresh towels. The whole complex is well designed. There was a buffet breakfast, although it wasn't so rich in choices (was every day the same), but you could eat as much as you want. Swimming pool is good sized with bar services available. The centre of Thira town is 10 minutes by walk up to hill which was wonderful due to the fact that this place of stay is very quiet and the city centre is nearby. We warmly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Amerisa Suites was amazing. Our favorite place. Petros picked us up from the ferry and was incredibly nice and helpful. We had some problems booking a future ferry ride, and he helped us get through the situation. George from the front desk was extremely accommodating, and answered any question we ever had. There was free internet at the hotel as well. We were upgraded to a honeymoon suite with a private hottub, balcony and swimming pool at no extra charge!

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Amerisa Suites, although we requested a room with a view, it actually faced a back street. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, even if we weren't in it much. Breakfast was enough and the gentleman who served the breakfast, showed us to our room and seemed to do everything else was very helpful. We hired a 4 wheel motorbike from the hotel but in retrospect, we would have done it ourselves to get a newer, better bike.

Pros: The people who ran the hotel (I believe George Kalfagian and another young lady) were extremely helpful and kind. George drove me to my meeting the first day because I was lost and was late. I had cut short my visit because of travel changes and they allowed me to check out early. The facilities for a quick shower and toilet use after checking out is excellent. I will use this hotel again and will recommend it to friends.

Pros: The hotel was in a convenient location. We splurged for one night and we had no regrets. We were greeted by friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a warm and comfortable stay at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, complimentary drink, tea and a private balcony made our wedding anniversary special. The staff at reception offered us a complimentary taxi back to the airport to avoid us the trouble of dragging our suitcases on cobbled streets. Request a higher room with a private balcony if you are spending the $$

Pros: Beautiful historic hotel. Our room was comfortable, and we had our own balcony where we could eat breakfast while admiring the beautiful vista. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with rosewater cool towels, as well as a refreshing drink. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a lovely bottle of wine were offered to us to enjoy at our convenience. The dinner we had there was excellent, everything was made in house, fresh, and incorporating local ingredients, and in my opinion comparable to any other 5 star restaurant. Location is great too, just a quick 5 minute walk to city center.
