Pros:The staff was great and friendly.
Cons:The elevators did not smell great. They smelled like someone smoked in a set of them

Pros:Outside pool, kindness of restaurant and front desk staff
Cons:Coloring in room was very depressing and the smell of air freshener was overwhelming

Cons:This property is a very poor representative of the Sheraton Brand. It is an extremely old building. Very noisy. While it has receieved some upgrades it does not help the overall impression of the hotel. The Club Lounge is a disgrace. Merely an afterthought at this hotel. This is without a doubt the WORST Sheraton property I have stayed at anywhere in the world.

Cons:The place needs renovation. A/c was loud and not cooling. Sound from the construction site next to the building kept me awake once they start working at 3.00AM

Cons:The room needed some small maintenance fixtures. There was no microwave.

Pros:Staff was friendly, breakfast in the restaurant was good, the gym was in nice shape
Cons:Location was poor if you want to have any real dining options without a car, the housekeeping was lacking (missing towels, broken shower, hair in the tub). Would have expected better from SPG.

Pros:The beds were amazing! The hotel was nice and clean and the tv had a lot of channels! The pool area was awesome espexially at night and the outdoor fireplace was awesome. They had room service and starbucks.
Cons:The restraunt didny have the best service but was also aesthetically nice and had a nice atmosphere.
