The staff was wonderful! The rest was eh. The building was in poor condition, the room was falling apart - definitely not worth the high amount I was charged.

This property is in need of updating. Front desk manager was great and helpful. Room had a broken cabinet which housed the refrigerator. The room could use a good cleaning.
Pros (+) It was nice that they had a shuttle available to take us within 3 miles. Happy hour with free wine during the week was great. Some of the staff was nice.
Cons (-) The place is lacking in maintenance. The curtain had fallen down in my room and was left there. We had trouble with the temperature of the water in the shower. Pillows were not comfortable. Building was not as clean as it could be. Shuttle van was filthy.
Pros (+) The staff was super friendly! Maybe it was just because it’s Phoenix, but the free water bottles were very nice. The location was a brief walk from some good fast food, and the shuttles were handy.
Cons (-) I’m not sure. It was all pretty good. More water would be nice (that stuff can get expensive!)
Pros (+) Easy airport access location, super friendly staff. We left before breakfast as we had to catch an early flight but were given "to go" bags with granola bar, muffin and piece of fruit. Something that no other hotel has ever done for us. Bottled water and a cookie at check in were nice after a long day.
Cons (-) Undisclosed hotel fee upon checkout was an unpleasant surprise. Only $5.00/day, but I was under the impression that my "full payment" when I booked meant that it was paid in full... Hallways were freezing (outside temp was in mid 70's), wall thermostat in room didn't work

Cons (-) There was some sort of teenage girls summer camp on the premises which clogged up the breakfast rooms some mornings but they were well behaved. It was a minor inconvenience. Would enjoy staying with you again.

Pros (+) Clean, comfortable, near the airport and good shuttle service hours. The 3 staff members that I had contact with were excellent.
Cons (-) The room had a couple plumbing issues. The drain in the shower and the sink were both very slow. The sink faucet was not attached to the countertop.
