Pros (+) Staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. Ordered me a taxi to the airport at 2am. 24 hour front desk service is great.
Cons (-) My room wasn't cleaned before my stay. There was an empty water bottle on the nightstand and the sheets and pillows had hairs on them.
