Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location near Taipei Main Station, making transport and access to local amenities very convenient. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with several guests noting tidy rooms. However, many found the rooms quite small and cramped, which affected comfort, especially for longer stays or multiple guests. Staff service received positive mentions for being helpful and friendly. Value for price was considered reasonable by some, especially for short stays, though a few felt the facilities and maintenance could be improved. Noise issues and bathroom cleanliness were occasional concerns.
