Cons (-) Big problem with cleanliness: 1. Did not change towel and bed sheet 2. Head bed very dusty I did complain about the towel, reception stated because environment friendly, so no towel or sheet was change. This mean all the room during the stay or after wasn't not clean. Need to request to change towel and bed sheet every day. No second change Very disappointed Peter Faddis

Pros (+) I had the biggest surprise when I found out my room actually had a window. The website stated that it didn't have a window. The staff was very helpful and attentive to anything that I needed. Granted, I didn't need much because everything exceeded my expectations. The lobby has a very "Trendy" feel with the audio/visual video loop of the models walking down the Catwalk.
Cons (-) Some of the reviews on the site that slammed the Hotel. Obviously, somebody must have wanted more for their money.
