Pros (+) Comfortable. Clean. Good for the money. I would stay there again .

Pros (+) As other reviewers have said, this hotel doesn't look great from the outside but the inside is all renovated and very nice. We had a double queen room with courtyard balcony. The rooms include a kitchenette area and a closet. There is a restaurant on-site. The staff was friendly and efficient and the room was kept clean. I never actually saw any cleaning staff which was nice in comparison to some ...
Cons (-) The parking lot is being redone so in front of the hotel is all torn up. In order to get to our room we had to drive the long way around because that front area was blocked. This also caused an issue with Google maps because they want you to do a u-turn off the highway and enter the front parking lot but it's blocked. So we had to get on the highway again and sneak in the back way from Broadway. A...

Pros (+) We often stay at Mirabeau Park when we are in Spokane on business or pleasure. It is always a pleasant stay, and the accommodations are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is superb on weekends.
Pros (+) Location for us was great, and the cost was very reasonable. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, although a little dated. We have stayed at the hotel before and will do so in the future. The staff has always been pleasurable.
Pros (+) Wonderfu staff!! VERY friendly and helpful!! My room was very quiet as it did not face the Interstate.
Cons (-) This is an old and tired hotel (at least the portion I stayed in) that is in need of a renovation.
