Pros (+) Location was great, perfect for the lake. Jimmy's restaurant was very nice and the wait staff were great!
Cons (-) We booked a pet friendly room for our dog, we were told we could only stay on the ground floor next to the lake car park. It was very noisy and the nightly cost did not match my experience. I am a seasoned traveler and this was not good value for money.
Cons (-) 1. There was no hot water in the morning when outside temperature is -8 C and they couldnt seem to care about it.
Pros (+) The staffs are the best and helpful.
Cons (-) The restaurant closes early 9.30pm and no other food or drink service late hours.
Pros (+) The staff, decor and small, thoughtful touches were great.
Cons (-) I thought the restaurant, Jimmys, was overpriced for the quality of the food. Menu did nothing for us.
Pros (+) My wife and I were greeted by the valet/concierge gentlemen right away and were offered a glass of cold champagne! Set the standard for the rest of the stay and they didn't disappoint! Love this place and see ourselves coming here for many years to come!
Cons (-) Didn't like that my sister in law's room was in a totally different building than ours, but understandable given the layout and they were completely booked that weekend. Also couldn't believe her room was much larger and nicer than our premium lake view king, given our room was $80 more per night. But the view made up for it. After all, it was only for one night.
