Pros: This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel recently for 4-5 days. Both stays couldn’t have been better. The room was pristine and the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. You can text requests for things like extra hangers or anything you might need during your stay. I checked in and out on the app, and used the app as my room key. I literally never one time had to go to the front desk during my entire stay for either visit. Any requests I made for things in my room (steamer, extra pillows, etc) were brought to my room within minutes. I honestly have never stayed at a hotel that is so consistently amazing. Highly recommended!!

Pros: Located downtown, Westin Seattle is a short walk to the Pike Place Market and less than 2 blocks to the Monorail station where you can hop on for a 2 min ride to the Seattle Center (Space Needle). The hotel concierge was very helpful in our 2 day city exploration. There are many restaurants within a 2 block radius. You are supplied 2 free bottles of drinking water daily.

Pros: The view from our 47th floor room was breath-taking. When I booked the "Deluxe City View" I was expecting to be on the higher floors, but not the top! What a pleasant surprise! The beds were very comfortable. The room was small but served its purpose - a place to crash after a night out on the town - so I had no complaints. The location was perfect for finding places to dine and dance within walking distance.

Pros: From the moment we pulled up to the hotel, the service was fantastic. Jerry helped us with our bags, showed us around the hotel--giving a great history of the décor, and then walked us up to our room. He gave us advice on where to go and what to do. The staff at the desk and the bar were just as attentive and kind. The room was the perfect size for the two of us, and all necessary items were stocked and clean. It was a great visit!

Pros: I stay at a hotels a lot and what I normally consider a great experience is when a hotel does a great job of alleviating the inconvenience of not being at my own house with my own stuff and kitchen. But the sorrento is a whole other thing. It's effing fabulous. I felt instantly relaxed and at home, if my home were a huge gilded age mansion. The food is wonderful, the staff is very available, the lobby area- I just wanted to hang out there and not go out. Even the courtyard, which is on a busy street, was like a cocoon. The whole experience was like being in another better world. AND there was tons of free street parking within a 2 blocks radius!

Pros: The old feel of the hotel. I didn't get to stay outside the room much so most of my review is about that. I'm surprised based on the cost you don't get anything from the minibar. Even in the sweet it's basically a large room. The beds were nice and soft and the rooms were comfortable renovations. That still had old furnaces but the hot water never runs out. There are bathrobes to relax in.
