Pros:Had a heated debate with manager over proper customer service and finally won and was finally apologized
Cons:Place was filthy manager says housekeeping is not included even if it's a 3-day stay and because it does not say housekeeping included on booking.com they do not have to provide it Filthy carpet both our mattresses were covered in blood stains filth covered the entire air conditioning system
Pros:Convenient location, friendly enough staff. Cheap rates.
Cons:Sheets had stains, towels had stains, wash rags had stains. Comforter on bed literally held together by duct tape. Dingy furniture, floor looked disgusting. Great place if you're looking for something cheap but definitely lacking in upkeep. Seemed like a sketchy area but didn't have any trouble other than noisy tenants in the room above.

Cons:WIfi is slow.
Cons:The odor in our room was so strong that our clothes and luggage smelled after we left. I had to wash all my clothes that were open to the air in the room. It smelled like smoke and burnt food and overall uncleanliness.
Pros:It was clean and reasonably well maintained. The staff was friendly. I did not have any issue with bed bugs, in contrast to the other reviewers.

Cons:The comforter was riddled with cigarette burn holes, the tv didn't work, and I woke up in the middle of the night to bed bugs biting me, the staff denied anything wrong and got hostile when I tried to confront them, if you stay take pictures so you can get a refund
Pros:The location was good being in Seattle, and we were able to find a room same day on a holiday weekend.
Cons:The staff was unfriendly and the next morning I woke up to a bed bug crawling on top of the bed. I told the staff and they dismissed it and told me "no". I wouldn't stay here again but it's a good place if you need somewhere cheap and in the city.
