Pros (+) Bed Comfort, Nice Shower/bathoom layout, decent breakfast in package. Other Room amenities and view are good. In the Marriott family,
Cons (-) I have stayed at this hotel 6 times since June, most between 8-10 days. Over 45 days so far. This last trip, my client asked me to stay 6 additional nights for meetings. Told the hotel 2 days in advance of checkout. Rather than extend my stay at the extended stay rate, they charged me at the full spot rate and made this a new reservation. Pros (+) Location - closest hotel to Parque Arauco Mall. Lots of restaurant options there. Wifi works well. In room adapters to all international plugs. Nice room layout and views.
Cons (-) Sheets barely cover the mattress, are never tucked tight. (I picked Marriott brand years ago for the beds. If you are facing Ave. Kennedy you will have road noise. The hotel also has a number of tourist families given its proximity to Parque Arauco. That can bring a lot of noise.
