Cons (-) Hotel in great location. Pool was being cleaned, looked ok.' Free breakfast- No wi-fi, we were told it was being fixed. We were there 3 days. Shower curtain torn, towels were well worn. Looks like locks had been replaced. We felt safe. We got what we paid for. if your looking for cheap, great place to stay. We would stay again.
Pros (+) The bed was comfortable and the breakfast is not bad. Good amount of breakfast options. Furnishings were in good shape. Morning staff was much friendlier than the girl who checked me in the night before.
Cons (-) The carpets, walls, entry doors need maintaining. The a/c didn't work well and room was really warm when I arrived. The carpeting was old and horrendous brown and yellow plaid. Cons (-) Hotel under construction and tended to be noisy during the day. Out dated heating system controls tended to be a little too warm even on the lowest setting. But not that bad.

Pros (+) Nite clerk was nice
Cons (-) No AC and bed felt like a wire frame. Dead bolt didn't work and you have to rely on the the backup locking bar that takes the place of a security chain. We didn't really sleep well it made us to nervous. I'd like a refund.
