Pros (+) The star was incredibly nice and welcoming. The location was also so perfect. Easily walkable to all of the cute shops, restaurants and wine tasting rooms. The complimentary breakfast was also a great surprise. Overall a really wonderful place and staff in the heart of the action!
Cons (-) Maybe a little updating. We had a cracked mirror on the closet. The ac unit was very old as well.
Pros (+) Location is good . Front desk staff are rude and unhelpful. I stayed once before but I'd forgotten how rude she was. If I would have remembered I would have never returned .
Cons (-) Reception wasn't friendly Very poor shower, almost no running water
Pros (+) Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice sized room with a balcony. TV not much good, although there were probably 50 channels listed on the guide next to the TV only about a dozen came in. Seems like they cancelled cable and put up an over the air antenna.
