Cons (-) Room wasn't fully clean. When I arrived dirty tissues were around and a wet washcloth. Hotel was full and there were no other rooms. Hotel was loud with lots of drinking from bar on second floor. I had to call hotel a couple of times and no on answers the phone. Very frustrating.
Pros (+) The location is close to Union Square.
Cons (-) Super small room, but that's not what really bothered me. I was an Expedia Gold Plus Member and I didn't get offered the VIP Service that was expected from them when I checked in, at 4:30am the sound of beer bottles being thrown into trash cans woke me up, that went on for more than half an hour, the noise was so disturbing, right next to out window. Pros (+) Excellent staff, very helpful. Great location- 2 blocks from Union Square and right across the street from a bus line.
Cons (-) When we checked in there was a dead bug on the bathroom floor. Still there 4 days later when we checked out. Not the best cleaning. Very tiny rooms and you need to be a giant to hang up your clothes in the closet.
