Pros (+) None
Cons (-) Poor customer service and lied. I requested a refund, was told by the hotel staff it would be processed, then was charged the full amount. When I called and inquired about the refund, I was later told that "there was nothing he could do" to process the refund his coworker had promised me.

Pros (+) Relatively quiet and efficient. Since my stay was for an overnight business meeting I was looking for something quiet, clean, and easy. The Lombard Inn fit the bill!
Cons (-) Nothing jumped off the page other than they need to spruce up the blankets a bit.
