Pros (+) Rooms were clean, breakfast was ok.
Cons (-) Too much road noise and location is not that great, too many homeless people around this area.
Pros (+) The couch in the room was horrendous: saggy, lumpy, hurtful The bed was fine except there weren't any extra blankets. The heater worked well. It was quiet because we were in the rear portion of the motel.
Pros (+) I liked the fact it was really close to Market street and other main attractions.
Cons (-) Many homeless people yell and get aggressive around the hotel especially at night. You feel kind of in danger when you go back to your hotel room.
