Pros (+) There weren't any bath towels in room, no cups to drink water and no decaf coffee. No info was provided in room about hotel and we were not told about continental breakfast. The cleaning staff starts before 1000 and they are very noisy. They all gathered in courtyard area talking, yelling across to each other and laughing. Their large bins on wheels are also very loud.

Cons (-) Breakfast was not really a breakfast, just pastries. Bathroom area is very small with very few towel racks or room around the sink.

Cons (-) The staff is incompetent. Woke up in the morning to discover that there were only two hand towels in the room, so had to walk to the lobby to get real towels for showers. TV didn't work - only got snow, not picture - and staff was unable to unwilling to help.
