The pool and the entire outdoor area was being renovated, which also closed all restaurants except the coffee bar.. This was mitigated by the cooler weather, but was still a bit troublesome that there was only acclimated choice for breakfast. I left the hotel to find breakfast all week. Cons (-) Need to lower F&B prices, due to area & competitive prices due to proximity of equal or possibly BETTER restaurants.
Cons (-) No sound insulation. Door does not close on either side. room linens were dirty, and wall had very apparent dry wall screws apparent.

Pros (+) Functional and clean rooms, all amenities available. Excellent location for conferences in convention center or one of the large surrounding hotels.
Cons (-) As expedia costumer typically placed in one of the less favorable rooms (in this case above the pool bar, whci was used for evening and morning events with music) Pricey food and drink items in the hotel (e.g. bottled water 7$) One of the access paths for baseball games is through the hotel, hence before and after games the business center and gym are virtually unusable.

Cons (-) The room was a bit small and unequipted for the price per night. No microwave or refrigerator unless you call and ask for one to be sent up which was a bit tedious. Overall only complaint I could have
