Tiny room (200sf) staring at a blank wall and the roof of the next building- barely enough room for two people to move around and no counter space for toiletries in the BR.

We received an upgrade to a city view. SD is beautiful but this view isn't the best. If we stay there again we will be on the other side of the hotel since the street noise is heard throughout the night. The staff was excellent

Room was the size of a closet and it was nearly impossible to get a housekeeper to clean the room even after asking twice. Won’t make the mistake of staying there again!

Pros (+) Cleanliness, location and attentive staff. Rooftop bar is great as well
Cons (-) Parking is too expensive. $45 a day is absolutely ridiculous. Just because you can hijack people for money, doesn't mean you should.

Pros (+) The staff was superior-friendly, warm and went out of their way to be helpful.
Cons (-) I did not feel secure using the exercise room. Downstairs, secluded and next to a work room or garage. Same price as Marriott Marquis

Pros (+) This hotel is in the perfect central location, closed by to all the main attractions in San Diego. Staff very professional, always helpful and room was very clean and very modern bathroom.
Cons (-) Paying for parking. I wish parking was included in the hotel reservation. Overnight parking is $40 a day, which I feel is a lot of money.
