Pros (+) Air conditioning works, has mini kitchen with two burner stove, relatively close to concert venue, plenty of parking
Cons (-) Only scalding hot water.. Even the water in the toilet is blazing hot... seedy people lingering outside and asking for lighters, very worn bathrooms and dirty carpet, not really near anything except a gas station, and they called on the phone 30 minutes before check out to tell us to come check out however the phone wouldn't work to call out the previous day to request towels..
