It is an $85/night Ramada Inn. Keep your expectations in check. But it is clean, comfortable, nice amenities, staff was great. Very happy for the money spent.

Hotel rooms need a seriously deep cleaning. Accumulated dust in air conditioning vents and shields. Bathroom door looks scuzzy. Too much light and noise coming on from underneath front door because there is too much of a gap. I am picky but these are things that would improve guest comfort.
Cons (-) You should inform people of the extra $100 deposit that they hold for 3-5 business days after you check out.
Cons (-) Mattress was worn out, pillows were lumpy, super bright flood lamps right outside window.

Pros (+) The location is excellent and close to alot of things. Staff was friendly and the hotel was relatively clean. Comfortable place to stay.
Cons (-) Just being picky but the sitting area for breakfast was small and not much room for kids and others to get their food. The Wi-Fi was really spotty and unreliable but other than that, everything else was fantastic.
Pros (+) Friendly staff. Cleanliness of property inside and out. Convenient area for pets from ground floor room.
Cons (-) HVAC made rattling noise when operating. A bit annoying when trying to fall asleep. Also, no comforter or extra blanket for the bed, so necessary to increase the heat, so the HVAC had to run more than I would normally have set for temperature if I had a blanket.
Pros (+) We were impressed with the low price and high quality. The we used the newly rennivated fitness room. The breakfast was had more options than expected.
