Pros:The staff was Friendly that was about it
Cons:The room we got was mold in the bathroom the top of the ceiling was caving in the shower head had red/ orange mold on it and the corner of the wall had mold as well.... this room should have been out of service due to the mold... also to mention the toilet roll rack feel apart when u got TP as well Definitely not worth my $ 70 bucks as I have asthma and this took my breath away... Also when we booked we didn't get any instructions on how to get a shuttle from the airport and when we called the girl was so rude and made us feel dumb and as if we were in the wrong....

Cons:Slow drain, bedding wasn't that clean, mattresses weren't comfortable for anyone in the family, room wasn't that clean, and the updated to to the room looked like lipstick on a pig.

Pros:Hotel is 2 miles from the airport and has 24 hour free shuttle. Great and responsible restaurant next door!
Cons:We stayed for four nights. Housekeeping was horrible! No one came to clean our room after our first night there. The rest of our stay, they would only leave one set of towels when there was four people in our room! We had to constantly complain and request towels and wash clothes. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms aren't quite as nice. Needs updating and more space. Size wise - the rooms are small and the furniture is old and ragged - needs replacing. I would also suggest bringing a couple of power strips for you technical devices - not enough outlets.

Pros:The manager was very helpful even though he seemed a little put off. Rooms were clean and pool was nice.
Cons:The air-conditioner would only work a few mins at a time and wouldn't kick back on, had to turn it off and then back on repeatedly. When I called front desk for a fan or something they had none and was told to talk to opening manager because they didn't have any other rooms available. Decor a little dated and bathrooms were very small.. No fridges in room.. Entire hotel smoke free but guests allowed to smoke on balcony and the smell crept insurance room.

Pros:For the price was decent. Don't expect anything amazing. I was content that room was Clean. There was NO evidence of any types of bugs. I did like the fact of Bob Evans being right next door. 1 Day stay from visiting City from Ohio and it was just OK. Did get a good nights rest.
