Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location near the Vatican and convenient access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. The staff, especially Christian, received high marks for their helpfulness and friendliness. Cleanliness was mixed, with some rooms described as spotless while others noted issues like dust or inadequate cleaning. Several guests found the beds uncomfortable and bathrooms cramped or poorly designed. Despite some negative feedback about air conditioning, noise, and room amenities, the overall experience was positive for many, especially due to the location and service.
