Pros (+) Baseline Hotel. In good condition. Staff for nice
Cons (-) Parking at the rear side of the hotel offers no entry door even with key access. You have to walk all the way around the building to enter. A door should be strongly considered.

Cons (-) Room smelt drug. Room carpet were very old and torn many places. Walls have many cracks

Pros (+) The gym was great and had good equipment. Breakfast was a good selection for all. Rooms clean and spacious and QUIET.
Cons (-) The malfunctioning AC in the gym. Housekeeping didn't finish our room until 5:30pm one day.
