Pros (+) Punta Cana is a circus. And the big resorts make my skin crawl. Just not my style. Tako beach rooms was a haven amongst the craziness. Located right on the beach, you can't get any closer. Parking available right in front of rooms. It was quiet and peaceful. The owner is a sweet and kind man who was very accommodating. He also owns a nice restaurant next door with the best cerviche and great views...
Cons (-) These are stoic, no nonsense rooms. Large, airy and clean, but not luxurious. If you are looking to be pampered, this is not the place for you.
