Pros (+) The hotel was very nice, and the location was amazing! The issue I have travelling from one island to another and also different hotels, this one lacks attentive staff and just poor customer service. The was ok but could be better.. also when dining in, the food takes a long time!!

Pros (+) The staff is very attentive, and knowledgeable. Lots of activities for fun seekers. Zip line, Mangrove boat tours, Underground River tours. On either side of the resort sre poverty stricken areas, but we always felt safe. The Philippino residents are extremely friendly.
Cons (-) The floor in our room seemed to be almost slimey. Not sure if it was just from the humidity or from cleaning product residue. Air conditioner worked very well, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice.
