Pros (+) Great location. Downtown Portland is very nice Great staff Free coffee
Cons (-) Bed/Pillows weren't the best, but did the job
Pros (+) Room was very clean and was ready early.
Cons (-) The restaurant wasn't very good and their wait staff was horrible.
Cons (-) It was a big disappointment. The hotel was very dated, and the front desk staff was cold/unfriendly. This hotel should have cost below $100. Instead, we paid approx $375.
Pros (+) Location is ok, on the edge of easy walking distance to the Old Port area.
Cons (-) For the price would have expected bigger, nicer rooms. It was just "ok", not a great value for the price paid.

Pros (+) Good location. Spacious room. Great view. The window in our room needed replacing, could have been an even better view. Good TV, comfortable bed with choices of pillows. We didn't eat at restaurant in hotel since it did not get good reviews.
Pros (+) There were no frills but my overnight stay was comfortable and refreshing. location right between Old Port and the Arts District was great.
