Cons (-) Strongly do not recommend this resort. I booked the Privilege package and nothing about this trip has been privileged. 1. I booked a Privilege rooftop room. Upon arrival to the resort they took us to a room that was not ours. It was half the size and in the middle floor facing the dumpster. 2. The resort lost our baggage 3. Check in was at 3pm. Cons (-) Beach was not great, lot of seaweed, water mudded and it was very rocky
