Cons (-) I did not stay at this hotel due to overbooking. booked reservation through Kyak on Saturday 8/8/15; received e-mail later in the afternoon indicating hotel was full; I was informed Kyak booked a room at another hotel which was about 39 miles from current location which was unacceptable.
