Pros (+) Price, location, ease of check-out. Did I say price already? Well, again, price.
Cons (-) Cleanliness and condition of the room overall. It was... uncomfortable and a little gross. Place is just run down. Pretty much got what I paid for though, so I guess I shouldn’t complain.

Pros (+) The breakfast was simple and they had it ready at 6:30 each morning like they said they would.
Cons (-) The card swipe on my room worked intermittently and I had to have the card reset numerous times. Even after having it reset it still didn't work every time. I was told that I should not keep the card in my wallet, my money or my car keys so I put so it in a separate pocket but that did not seem to make a difference. They even came and worked on the lock but it still wouldn't read the card all the ...

Pros (+) The price is always nice. The staff is very friendly. Our room was not cleaned. However very spacious.
Cons (-) The bedding was a little dated and used. The torn and not comfortable at all! The walk way on the second floor took some time to getting used to.

Cons (-) At check-in the clerk said they had two rooms reserved for me, which was a surprise. The next morning another clerk said I had been charged for two rooms and would have to resolve the issue with Choice Hotels. Not cool.

Cons (-) Worst hotel stay experience ever. Rooms are nasty, sink broken , no hot water, doors are all peeled paint, carpet stinks and not even vaccumed. Don’t get fooled by free breakfast as one person will be watching u over while u eat and what they serve is not even considered breakfast so don’t even think of having breakfast here and ruin your morning. Pay extra bucks and enjoy stay and beautiful page.

Breakfast juice/coffee cups were small styrofoam, And I accidentally touched my wife's cup of juice and spilled it on her. Since I had already checked out, I asked the manager if we could use the restroom to clean up my wife. He responded NO. After my pricy payment for the room, he would not offer to do anything to help us. He ...
