Cons (-) The hotel was under construction so lots of dust and debris everywhere. The fridge in the room had a sticky substance in the door. The bottom of the bathtub was stained and had a ripped matt in it. Very disappointing

Cons (-) The room was dirty, floors not vacuumed. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. I found long hairs in my sheets. There was no hot water and the sink and bathtub wouldn’t drain. It was frankly the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and would never go there again.
Cons (-) They have outdated TVs that cutbofd every night to save energy. The manager Giovanni is unprofessional and doesn’t reply to customer concerns. There was drug usage and seemingly prostitutes on the premises. Room smelled liked mildew and constantly awakened by trains through the night. Classless management who is only concerned with the money. Desperate for guests. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Pros (+) The bed was great and the room was clean but old. The staff was friendly but overwhelmed. It is directly across from the convention center and that's what I needed. Ask for a room near the lobby to cross quickly to the convention center.
Cons (-) The carpet was very stained but clean. It was fine for me alone but I wouldn't want my child crawling around on it. They are working hard to renovate and I think in a couple months it will be better.

Cons (-) One person at checkin and checkout. Too many clients waiting on line. My bathroom in room 1002 had a broken toilet seat and switch plate. Very poor
