Pros (+) A couple staff members were very nice.
Cons (-) Wish I had known using the “hotels pool” cost an extra 70 dollars. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is. The key card continuously quit working. The bathtub/shower was horrid. We were originally put in the wrong room. The whole room was run down. My infant daughters pants were black on the knees after crawling around the room. Pros (+) Crappy breakfast variety, disgusting/cramped rooms, horrible customer service. Got double charged and had to call 5 times to get it refunded.
