Cons (-) We had to evacuate due to fires. There was food left over in the fridge. They advertised it as a two room suite when the 2nd room was the size of a closet. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

Cons (-) Horrible location next to the I-5. Couldn't get any sleep because of the noise.
Cons (-) Checked in around 6. Room smelled like smoke and something else (non-smoking room with cig burns on the window sill.) Space all tile, very cold. Asked for a refund by 1pm due to MOUSE in the room! We were told that they knew but just couldn't find it but happily assured me that the bed had been treated for bedbugs, yes, just hours before we lay our body's and face on it!)! Really?
